perma NET is a lubrication system that connects several individual and independent multi-point lubrication systems with each other via a cable. Configuration and monitoring of the whole system is done centrally with the NET Control Center (NCC). Malfunctions, warnings, or necessary cartridge exchanges are immediately signaled by the NCC. perma NET can lubricate up to 600 lubrication points; each lubrication point with the required lubricant and the ideal amount. With a possible cable length of up to 1000 meters, or with up to 100 individual NET Drives, the systems can be arranged throughout the whole production hall, with easy monitoring from one central point.
Funktionsweise:
perma NET is a centrally configured and monitored lubrication network consisting of up to 100 individual multi-point lubrication systems of the PRO series (NET Drives). Each Net Drive can be individually programmed to match the different requirements of various lubrication points. All units within the network are configured and monitored via a central control panel (NCC). Configurations can be changed at any time. Immediate updates on operating conditions and the capability to control all multi-point lubrication systems individually reduces machine downtimes to a minimum. Applications:
perma NET is used on roller- and sliding bearings, sliding guides, transport chains, open gears, and seals. In combination with diverse multi-point lubrication systems for various lubrication points, perma NET is extremely versatile. Each lubrication point can be individually supplied with the ideal lubricant and the optimal amount, even on large systems with numerous lubrication points.
