Function:
The main difference between the battery-operated STAR VARIO and STAR CONTROL is that the perma STAR CONTROL is directly connected to the machine's control unit. Power (direct voltage) and control come from the machine. The lubrication system only works when power is supplied by the machine. perma STAR CONTROL can also be operated in impulse mode as soon as voltage is impressed, perma STAR CONTROL discharges the set discharge amount once. Before it will discharge again, voltage must be interrupted for at least 15 seconds and then impressed again.

Applications:
perma STAR CONTROL is used for lubrication of roller- and sliding bearings, chains, open gears, guides, and seals. Machine downtimes can be reduced drastically when perma STAR CONTROL is used in applications that require lubrication to take place only when the machine is running. Connection to PLC is possible.
